One of the Cambridge Pre-EY Curios themes at Ivy World Play School, Ludhiana, powered by Vasal Education, aims to build emotional literacy in young learners. Students were given sheets with a blank monster outline and asked to colour them in using different shades to represent various emotions.
As part of the Cambridge Early Years approach to holistic learning at Ivy World Play School, Ludhiana, powered by Vasal Education, learners enjoyed a kneading activity. This activity let them explore the texture and feel of the dough as they built fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, creativity, focus and muscle strength.

Sculpture Day gave our young artists a chance to explore form and texture as they shaped their ideas into playful creations. With clay, paper and imagination, they brought their thoughts to life, nurturing creativity and self-expression.
Our little learners immersed themselves in the magical world of books, discovering new stories, characters and ideas. The day sparked curiosity and a love for reading, encouraging children to explore the joy of books and the power of imagination.
Children celebrated Earth Day by learning about the importance of nature, care for the planet and small steps they can take to make a difference. Through engaging activities, they began to understand the value of sustainability and responsibility towards the Earth.
At Ivy World Play School, Ludhiana, the festive spirit goes hand-in-hand with curiosity and learning. We celebrate this year’s harvest festival with vibrant dances, songs and traditional crafts, introducing young learners to the history and traditions of Baisakhi. Our little ones were dressed in colourful festive attire as they immersed themselves in the spirit of the season, appreciating India’s rich diversity and cultural heritage.
We believe good habits start young. To celebrate World Health Day, Ivy World Play School, Ludhiana, chose to embrace India’s timeless treasure – Yoga. We introduced our little stars to a simple yet engaging form known as Mandala yoga. This encouraged not just a fit body and mind but also self-expression and creativity.
Parents got a glimpse into the exciting world of international learning standards with our fun, interactive and immersive orientation. From an overview of the Cambridge curriculum to a model classroom with engaging learning stations – they experienced their child’s day-to-day activities.
